This is the problem with the “WHITE-WASHING” of B-BBEE. I will be honest, in my experience, 75% of where the Consultants are White there is FRONTING. When called in usually by a concerned Executive or Dissenting Director, I always have to unbundle these fronting schemes, inform the clients about the risks of fronting and educate them about how proper B-BBEE compliance can support their business growth and sustainability goals through a “Conscious Capitalism” approach.
