FY2024 INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ENTERPRISE AND DEVELOPMENT (ESD) FUNDING.

Murason Business Services hereby invites SMMEs to be pre-qualified as potential Enterprise And Supplier Development (ESD) partners to one of our leading legal industry clients. Our client based in Sandton hereby invites 51% or more Black Owned/Black Women Owned/Black Designated Groups Owned Exempt Micro Enterprises (EMEs) to apply for Enterprise And Supplier Development funding and supply chain linkages. In line with our B-BBEE Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) strategy that is aligned with the national Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) Act and Revised Codes of Good Practice issued by the Department of Trade, Industry, and Competition (DTIC), this RFI only applies to 51% or more Black/Black Woman Owned/ Black Designated Groups Owned Exempt Micro Enterprises with turnover of less than R10 million per year. In order to apply for consideration, potential ESD partners must meet the below-stated criteria: o Companies that supply the following services will be preferred:  Executive Search Recruitment.  Corporate Branding.  Corporate Catering And Hospitality.  Corporate Events Management.  Corporate Furniture Manufacturer.  Corporate Repairs And Maintenance.  Corporate Liquor Distributors.  Corporate Photography. o Have 51% or more Black/Black Women/Black Designated Groups Direct Ownership (without using the Modified Flow through principle). o The Black majority owner/s must be full-time involved in the business (No side hustles). NB: Black People refers to Black South Africans as defined in the B-BBEE Codes. o Must be operational for at least 02 years. o Employ at least 02 people (over & above the Owners/Directors). o Must be located in Johannesburg. o Must have a minimum annual turnover of R300 000.00 (proof of turnover will be requested); Applicants must submit a request for funding application detailing their funding needs, funding amount, and motivation for why they should be granted the funding. This application must be accompanied by: · A company profile highlighting areas of specialization and core functions. · Confirmation of turnover letter from auditors or accountants. · Valid B-BBEE Affidavit. · CIPC registration certificate. · Valid Tax Clearance Certificate/PIN. · 02 verifiable business references. Send the application to Reception@murason.co.za before 17H00 on Thursday 31 August 2023. Shortlisted applicants will be invited for presentations to the Transformation Committee. All applications will be vetted, and we reserve the right to request further information and inspect operations. Failure to comply with the criteria as set out above will render the application unsuccessful. We reserve the right not to select any ESD partners and pre-qualification does not guarantee any funding. If you do not hear from us within 10 days from the closing date, please assume that your application was unsuccessful.

Our client based in Sandton hereby invites 51% or more Black Owned/Black Women Owned Exempt Micro Enterprises (EMEs) to apply for Enterprise Development funding.
